A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Other similar technologies (local storage, device identifiers in the mobile app) are covered by this policy in the same way.
The swatchee.com website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary storage is used:

This storage, strictly necessary for the service to work, is exempt from consent within the meaning of Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines.
The Swatchee app uses strictly necessary technical identifiers (login session, local preferences) as well as Sentry, an error and stability diagnostics tool. If audience-measurement tools were added, they would be subject to consent collection and this policy would be updated.
If audience-measurement or marketing cookies were ever introduced, they would only be set after obtaining your consent through a dedicated banner, which you could withdraw at any time. To date, no such cookies are used.
You can delete local storage and cookies at any time from your browser settings ("privacy" or "site data" section). The website remains fully functional; only your language preference will be reset.
